CHEYENNE, Wyo.- large parts of Laramie County including the city of Cheyenne is put under a fire warning due to high winds, dry weather, and its proximity near Nebraska.

Nebraska has several massive wildfires with 0% containment as of March 16. Large swaths of Wyoming has been put under a fire watch, with Laramie County having a fire warning and a high winds warning making it a possible breeding ground for the wildfire to spread.

Nebraska has declared a state of emergency requesting aid from the federal government and Nebraska also deployed its national guard to help fight the wildfires.

If the wildfires spread to the state of Wyoming it could possibly cause a massive crisis to the state.
